You can read the Bootloader Code with this Tool, if the Security Patch Level of the Huawei Phone is not higher than April 2018. On older phones like P9/P9 Plus, this is not required. But you need an account by DC-Unlocker with Credits (4) and you must be able to enter "Manufacturer Mode" in Project menu.
