- IT IS NOT UPSTREAMED - It is only for nougat roms - Fixed ZRAM init, it should work now. - Updated conservative and all ramdisk tweaks from r15 - Conservative is now default governor - Added Interactive tweaks from r5 nougat (you can switch with any kernel manager) - Set default gpu pwrlevel to 320MHz (leave default settings) - POPP GPU mechanism is still there. I will not remove it... by removing it, we lose UI fluidity and we don't want 216MHz min GPU from r15 - Fixed some wakelocks - Added CPU boost tweaks from r15 oreo/pie - Boost all CPUs to the max when userspace launches an app (this is incredibly fast on nougat)
